Bogani Nani Wartabone National Park has many privileges, in addition to its natural beauty, the Park also has many Habitats which are already nearly extinct.Bogani Nani Wartabone National Park National Park which was formerly known as Dumoga Bone, has a variety of unique ecology as the turn of the geography of the area west of the Indomalayan and Papua-Australia to the East (Wallaceae Area).A distinctive and rare plants in the Bogani Nani Wartabone National Park namely matayangan palem (Pholidocarpus ihur), ebony (Diospyros celebica), Ironwood (Intsia spp.), yellow wood (Arcangelisia flava) and Arum (Amorphophallus companulatus). While the common plants like Piper aduncum, Trema orientalis, Macaranga SP., cempaka, agathis, kenanga, various types of orchids and ornamental plants.

Bogani Nani Wartabone National Park National Park has 24 species of mammals, 126 species of birds, 13 species of reptiles, 2 species of amphibians, 35 species of butterfly, 200 species of beetles, and 19 species of fish. Most of the animals in the National Park is a typical animal/endemic to Sulawesi island as black/yaki monkey (Macaca nigra nigra), monkey dumoga bone (m. nigrescens), tangkasi (Tarsius spectrum spectrum), Sulawesi Civet (Macrogalidia musschenbroekii musschenbroekii), anoa (Bubalus depressicornis), anoa (b. quarlesi), the babirusa (Babyrousa celebensis babirussa), and different kinds of birds.
